About the Role

Hell Craft Tech is looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer (SDE) Intern – Next.js to join our Engineering team. This is a hands-on internship where you'll work on live client projects and internal products, gaining real-world experience in building scalable web applications.

As an SDE Intern, you'll collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to develop modern, responsive, and high-performance applications using the latest web technologies. You'll be mentored by experienced engineers while contributing directly to production-ready software.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
Build responsive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS.
Integrate REST APIs and work with backend services.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces.
Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning.
Learn and adopt modern development workflows using Git and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Familiarity with React.js and Next.js.
Basic knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience with Git/GitHub.
Understanding of responsive web design principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Node.js or Express.js.
Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with REST APIs and authentication.
Basic understanding of deployment platforms like Vercel or Docker.
