HellCraft Tech™ Careers Platform - Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the HellCraft Tech™ Careers Platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

HellCraft Tech™ grants you a limited license to access and use the Platform for the purpose of submitting job applications and reviewing job opportunities. You agree not to:

• Modify or copy the Platform or any content
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes or personal gain
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. HellCraft Tech™ makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, HellCraft Tech™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HellCraft Tech™, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

HellCraft Tech™'s total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the Platform.

5. Your Content and Submissions

When you submit your resume, cover letter, portfolio, or any other materials through the Platform ("Submitted Content"), you grant HellCraft Tech™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your Submitted Content for the purposes of processing your job application, evaluating your candidacy, and conducting our recruiting operations.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained the necessary rights to submit all Submitted Content
• Your Submitted Content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your Submitted Content does not contain any false, defamatory, or unlawful information
• You have the right to grant the licenses provided in this section

You retain ownership of your Submitted Content. However, by submitting your information, you consent toHellCraft Tech™'s use of such information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Application Process

Submission of an application through our Platform does not guarantee consideration, interview, or employment with HellCraft Tech™. We reserve the right to:

• Reject any application at our sole discretion
• Cancel or suspend any job posting without notice
• Modify position requirements or qualifications
• Make hiring decisions based on criteria we deem appropriate

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to:

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. HellCraft Tech™ is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their terms and conditions, not this agreement.
