Careers Platform — Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the HellCraft Tech Careers Platform (careers.hellcraft.in) or the Gapso Careers Platform (careers.gapso.in) (together, the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms are enforceable under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Who Operates the Platform

The Platform, under both the "HellCraft Tech" and "Gapso" brands, is operated by Hell Craft Tech, a sole proprietorship registered under the Udyam registration scheme, registered address #69, Hanchala, Bangarpet, Kolar, Karnataka 563114, India, operating office Metro Mingle, #59 (1st Floor), 10th A Cross, 2nd Stage, Mahalakshmipuram, West of Chord Road, Next to Rajajinagar Metro Station, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560086, India. Gapso does not currently have a separate corporate registration and operates under Hell Craft Tech until it is separately incorporated, at which point these Terms will be updated.

3. Use License

Hell Craft Tech grants you a limited, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely to submit job applications and review job opportunities. You agree not to:

• Modify or copy the Platform or any of its content
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose unrelated to applying for a role
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the Platform
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice
• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Platform
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other destructive code

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for a role or otherwise submit personal data through the Platform, consistent with applicable minimum employment age requirements in India.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Hell Craft Tech makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials on it.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Hell Craft Tech disclaims all implied warranties, including of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hell Craft Tech, its officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Hell Craft Tech's total liability to you arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for access to the Platform.

7. Your Content and Submissions

When you submit a resume, cover letter, portfolio, or other material through the Platform ("Submitted Content"), you grant Hell Craft Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share your Submitted Content internally for the purpose of processing your application and conducting recruitment operations.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit all Submitted Content
• Your Submitted Content does not infringe any third party's rights
• Your Submitted Content is not false, defamatory, or unlawful
• You have the right to grant the license in this section

You retain ownership of your Submitted Content. Our use of any personal data within it is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee consideration, an interview, or an offer of employment. We reserve the right to:

• Reject any application at our sole discretion
• Cancel or suspend any job posting without notice
• Modify position requirements or qualifications
• Make hiring decisions based on criteria we consider appropriate

9. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, and agree not to:

• Post or transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload files containing viruses or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorised access to the Platform or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Platform
• Violate any third party's rights

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Hell Craft Tech or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

11. External Links

The Platform may link to third-party websites. Hell Craft Tech is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms, not these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

Hell Craft Tech may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

Hell Craft Tech may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, at its sole discretion.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Bangarpet, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hell Craft Tech regarding your use of the Platform.
